about

I think my songwriting may have finally may have moved beyond the shadow of the early Beatles period and am in the White Album now. I'm still 50 years behind them, but hey at least am moving.

Pensicola moon on the horizon line
migrating geese against the sky
caught myself,
right in the middle of a mess I made
can't say I didn't know it all

Elevator card trick
in a lightning storm
flashing branches in the sky

I don't think about it--
except all of a sudden

Acupuncture nightfall
as the stars grow bright
cascading waves along the shore
interview the storm clouds
before they come to rest
we may not need them anymore

I don't think about it--
except all of a sudden

I don't think about it--
except all of a sudden

--all of a sudden
--all of a sudden
--all of a sudden
--all of a sudden
--all of a sudden
