What I want to say, since I have this opportunity to address you, dear reader/listener is. . .be especially patient with any kid you see, particularly those between the ages of 7-9. I'm not going to explain why right now, just be really kind to them. In fact, be kind to everyone, while you're at it.

And one more thing. If anyone gives you the indication that they aren't happy--try not to take it too personally. In a surprising number of cases, I'd wager that it may be no reflection on you at all.
